Summary
The murder of Colin Campbell of Glenure.
Colin Campbell of Glenure, 'The Red Fox', was shot and killed while collecting rent in Glencoe. A Stewart of Appin (Seumas a' Ghlinne) was wrongly blamed for it and hanged. His body was left on the gallows for a long time. He was buried eventually by three Livingstone men. They fled to Ulva. One was the father of David Livingstone.
