Summary

Curing a cow with silver water.

The contributor tells of an old man who had a cow which would not stop bellowing, and which produced no milk. An old woman advised him to take water from a stream which was crossed by the living and the dead. He was then to put white money in the water, and dip the feet of his cat (a hunting animal) in it. He had then to sprinkle the water on the cow. He did so and the animal settled.
