Summary
At the start of this waulking song, the poetess describes herself as sad and tearful. She goes on to tell that a ship is in the straits, and that there may be a confrontation in which several chiefs will be involved. In the final section of the song, she describes her lover, with his cockaded bonnet and cross-cut trews.
