Summary
In this song the bard is sad because he is not with his darling anymore. He left to go overseas and whilst he was away his girlfriend went off with another man. The bard criticises women because he says that they have hidden partners in every place. At the end of the song, the bard says that even if he were to travel throughout Europe he would not see a place as beautiful as Creag Hàstainn.
