Summary
How MacLeod of Dunvegan got rid of the Builidh.
MacLeod had to support the Builidh or find someone who could fight him. MacLeod said he had a man, Iain Garbh, to fight him. But Iain Garbh, who refused to pay rent for Raasay, was not on good terms with MacLeod. When he reached the castle, MacLeod invited Iain Garbh inside to discuss the matter. He refused to go in, in case MacLeod would kill him. He made to go home. MacLeod asked the Builidh to go after him and smack him on the backside. He did that and Iain Garbh killed him. It was after he went home that Iain Garbh heard why MacLeod had wanted him. If he had known beforehand, he would not have gone.
