How the Fingalians were established.
There was a great shortage of food in Ireland and the king sought help from the King of Norway. They had a great feast where Cumhal fell in love with the King of Norway's daughter. They married.
Arca Dubh killed Cumhal but his wife had a child, who was named Fionn. He was brought up by a nurse in hiding. An account of his strength and feats and how he killed Arca Dubh and retrieved his father's sword and Bran, his father's dog.
An account of Fionn killing a beast that came from a loch each day demanding the life of a person.
