Summary

Land issues in Kintail in the 19th century.

Eddie MacRae discusses land issues in Kintail in the 19th century. He talks about his Grandfather, Murchadh Ruadh 'The Pet Lamb', and how he took in a pet lamb so that he could get to keep a piece of land. The case went to court and Murchadh Ruadh won his case. Eddie is of the opinion that this was one of the first things that helped people achieve justice in the land struggle.

Eddie also discusses crofting in Kintail at that time and he names place names and people who were connected to the area. He also sings part of a song about Kintail.
