Summary

The fox and the bannock.

The fox wished to eat the bannock, but it ran away and got eaten by a cow. The bannock's owners came after it. Once they had found the cow, one of them placed his boots beside the cow. The bannock began shouting from the stomach of the cow, and the cow's owner was told that the beast had eaten a man. Moreover, he was told that if he did not give his cow away for free, that the police would be informed. Subsequently, the man got the cow and his bannock back.
