Summary
Cutting seaweed, making balls and towing by boat
Lachlan describes the cutting of seaweed and making it into floating rafts for towing by boat. Maois [a large basket or hamper] and the ball system are also described. He used the ball system - a floating area of seaweed surrounded by a long rope. This was then towed by boat.
