Uamh an Oir

Title - Uamh an Oir
Contributors - Norman Kennedy

Summary - The contributor sings a pibroch song about a piper who went into a cave. His music became fainter and fainter and he never came back. Some versions of the song and story tell of the piper being attacked by fairy hounds or by a monster. A Lewis version of the song is sung here in which the piper speaks of the changes which will take place before he returns.
