Biography
Angus MacDonald (Aonghas a' Phost Office) was born in Tigharry, North Uist in 1940. He is a crofter, and also spent time working as a postman and postmaster.
He is also a singer with a special interest in the poetry and songs of his mother's cousin, Angus MacLellan (Aonghas Lachlainn Bhig).
He was recorded singing songs in the 1960s and 1980s by Donald Archie MacDonald of the School of Scottish Studies.
