Biography

Performer, collector and record producer. Currently manager of Battlefield Band and owner of Temple Records. Original member of Boys of the Lough (with Dick Gaughan, Aly Bain and Cathal McConnell), former director of Edinburgh Folk Festival, collector of Ulster songs and author of various books and articles about Ulster tradition bearers.
