Biography

David Rose was born in 1891 in Errogie, on the southern banks of Loch Ness. The son of John Rose, gamekeeper for the Farraline Estate, David followed the family tradition, becoming gamekeeper upon his father's death.

He died in 1968 at the age of 77.
