A man went into a fairy mound and returned after a year and a day.
Two men were walking home on the Auchlyne road from Killin one night when they passed a fairy mound and heard the sound of singing and dancing coming from it. A fairy man invited them in. One man went in, but the other carried on home. The man who went in was not seen for a year and a day. He said the time inside the fairy mound was spent in singing and dancing and it seemed like only one day.
