Summary

The woman in this song praises a man who is called MacKay, comparing him to the sweetest apple of the apple tree. The woman gives him a blessing, wishing that the moon, the sun, the east wind, the west wind and the poet bands will all be in his favour. She praises him in the song for his wisdom, telling how he is able to dry grain without fuel, crushing it with his fists.
