Summary
An animal disease called 'An Tòc'.
Animal sickness was usually put down to tòc [an eye disease]. Certain people could remove this. A man did this for the contributor's father, and then asked him to chew tobacco and place it where the tòc had been removed. The father was then also sick as he was not accustomed to tobacco.
