Summary

A song in praise of fishermen and the hard work they do: rowing, pulling, and cutting bait. They care little for bed, sleep or food until they get their nets in order. Mention of the different types of boats which the fishermen work on. The bard dreams of Cairistìona and the life they would have together. He would expect his father to give him land and a cow if they married.
